I am a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy). I have gained extensive clinical experience in private practice, aged care and sports physiotherapy and am currently completing a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy at Curtin (2021 completion).
I grew up in country WA and spent time riding horses, playing netball and running amuck on the farm with my sisters. I have been living in Perth since university and love being near our beautiful coast. I love spending time with my family and can’t wait to become an Aunty in 2020!
I have worked with the UWA Rugby Union Football Club since 2012 and have been involved with State programs over the years, including Western Force Under 19’s, Perth Gold and RugbyWA Under 18’s Schoolgirls. I am currently the Head Physiotherapist for the RugbyWA Super W team and loves working with female athletes.
I strongly believe in a holistic approach to treating my patients’ problems. I am proficient in numerous manual therapy techniques, taping and dry needling. I also have had experience in Women’s Health, including pelvic floor retraining, ante and post-natal recovery.
I am a certified Pilates instructor and combine my knowledge of functional movement and anatomy to ensure the most optimal outcome for my clients.
Outside of work I enjoy visiting family in country Boddington, heading to the beach and keeping fit and active!
My areas of specialty:
- Rugby Union
- Headaches and neck pain
- Sports injuries and rehabilitation
